EMILI GISPERT, TENOR AND ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

He began his training at the Tarragona Conservatory with Maria Teresa Català and Alan Branch and perfected his skills with teachers such as Josep Benet and Mercè Obiol.

He has worked with prominent conductors and performed leading roles in oratorio, opera and lied, including Handel's Messiah, Schubert's La Bella Molinera and Nemorino (G. Donizetti's Elisir d'Amore). He was part of the Cor Novària of the Palau de la Música Catalana for 6 years.

He currently organizes his own concerts. He has a degree in Anglo-Germanic Philology from the University of Barcelona (URV).

DAVID JIMÉNEZ, PIANO AND MUSICAL DIRECTOR

A classically trained pianist, he studied at the Tarragona and Vilaseca conservatories. He began his training in modern music with maestro Conrad Setó.

His extensive career has led him to delve into various musical styles: classical, pianist accompaniment, dance orchestra music, cover groups, ska-reagge, jazz, pop, rock and cover groups.

He currently combines his musical career with teaching, composition and recently musical production.

CARLA ARTIGAU, CELLO

Born in Tarragona, she began her musical studies in Salou and at the Conservatory of Vila-seca with David Blai, where she received top honors.

She graduated from ESMUC with distinction in cello under Cristoforo Pestalozzi and Arnau Tomàs, and in chamber music with the Quartet Casals and Kennedy Moreti. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Performance with Damián Martínez. Carla has collaborated with ensembles such as JONC, Franz Schubert Philharmony, and Camerata Casals, and has studied with renowned musicians including Gorokhov, Forck, Emanuilova, and Rousi.

Her artistic research seeks a deeply personal and expressive connection with music.
